Ganglion Cyst of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (One Case Report)

Abstract

|
A ganglion cyst is a soft mass that is surrounded by a fibrous capsule which is communicated with joint or tendon sheaths and is filled with visocous fluid, which is very common in wrist joint, with varying frequncy in loeation. Ganglion cyst is lss fequently found around the knee. In the knee, however, few cases have been reported concerning ganglion cyst present on the surface of the anterior curciate ligament.
We experienced a case of ganglion cyst present on the surface of the anterior cruciate ligament and report this with discussion.
